you need to have l4d, its a dlc for it its free, if u dont have l4d u can get it off of steam for like 20 bucks

Excellent game play and commentary! Unfortunately unless you guys have l4d2, you are getting no l4d2 content playing the sacrifice on l4d1... Valve lied :(.
