how did you get such good looking water? ive looked all over AAA and i cant find any mod for this, it would be great if you could give me a link or somthing to where you found it.
nah your wrong, go into your main il2 folder and go into your config file and scroll down to water at the bottom and change it to "4" instead of "1" then you have great looking water.
when the water is set to 4 it moves more realisticly and actualyl makes waves, but when its set to 1 it is flat and is "choppy" looking, you have to have your settings set to "perfect" while playing il2 to notice anything.
well i have an 8500gt overclocked and it does the job jsutt finee, but when i turned up the water to 4 then it had some framerate issues. im buying an 8800gts soon to take care of this;D
that are water settings 4 in conf.ini. Go to this document in il2 main folder and search first for hardware shaders and set it to "1" and then search water and set it to "4". Now set all graphic settings ingame to perfekt and you got it!
i cant sey landscapedetail to perfect. it is gray so i can't click on it.. can anyone help me??

yeah.... you have to set the graphic driver on "opengl" and you must have a solution of 1280 1024 32 ;)

okay... but the importand think is: open gl, and a resoltution of: xxxx to xxxx to 32.... not 16, it must be 32 ;)

i think you are runnung il2 with direct X. Its only possible with openGL
