I was hoping they would collaborate to articulate a description of the pilgrimage of power between ancient civilizations and current civilizations. You know? That period between Egypt and Rome when Christ created the earth. Webster talks about Rome, West talks about Egypt. But, what about the link between their power structures? What about the burning of the the Library of Alexandria? Israeli's? Julius Ceaser? Cleopatra? Alexander the Great? Where did Asian people come from? ... maybe next time.
It's not what we can accept solely, within our person. It is about what we can accept, and agree upon together. Thats why this discussion is a good thing. IMHO I do enjoy Webster's ability to maintain a sequitur flow when he speaks. West, is an alternative perspective Egyptologist.. Perhaps after spending most of his time on just one civilization, where most of his work was in an irrational debate with establishment Egyptologist's he is a little too scarred and defensive.
The Quran in 17:16 gives the answer why empires vanish:
When We decide to destroy a population, We (first) send a definite order to those among them who are given the good things of this life and yet transgress; so that the word is proved true against them: then (it is) We destroy them utterly.
The interviewer is really annoying and simple at times....two great minds...two TOTALLY different points of views...each needed their OWN session separately...
@successenglish well 73 people disagree with you and only one with you....I was expecting more of what you point out however. Still the arguments presented demand different opinions, not agreement.
@paulagloria Actually I gave it a thumbs up because of the two guests. They're being very polite to each other and I'm sure it's genuine, but they come from VERY different perspectives. Dr. Tarpley is, for lack of a better term, very left brain. JA West is very "holistic"...while both are intellectually stimulating, it is hard for them to banter out any specific points to any "conclusion". Don't get me wrong, it was enthralling...it just lacked chemistry^^ Thanks for the upload^^
@ZeroEightySix37:50 = Trying to change things in society with politics is like fighting an enemy with weapons he gives you ..." I see your point but politics is ultimately the study of power which people do need to make changes and to create....power should not be "off limits" to regular people in the name of contrite spirituality but people do need education to use power, including spiritual power wisely.
@paulagloria It really comes down to a choice between love and fear, I think. Will we choose love or fear and fall for yet another corrupt system that promises us a better life, it's up to us now, and not some men in dark suit 'n tie uniforms telling us what we can and can not do. If we fight the system with violence, we'll become violent, we become what we fight. Maybe the solution will be a global non-compliance with this Babylonian system and then it must fall.

OT stands for Old Testament. In the English bible the Old Testament contains a total of 39 books, beginning with the book of Genesis and ending with the book of Malachi.
No, I am not familiar with Rene Gerard's "Violence and the Sacred", nor do I grasp the concept that at the basis of every sacred act is an act of violence. By sacred do you mean something dedicated to a religious purpose and so deserving of veneration? Love, to me, is a sacred act. But it does no violence to others. Help?
@jubilee9r are you familiar with Rene Gerard's work "Violence and the Sacred" and that at the basis of every sacred act is an act of violence? I still don't understand what OT are initials for:

The promises to Abraham & his seed means the physical seed not Christ and Christians as the bible teaches. Believers will be raptured before, during or after a great tribulation. The temple will be rebuilt in Jerusalem. The OT sacrificial system reestablished. Israel will turn to Christ and evangelize the Gentiles. Other errant doctrines - Israel was under law the church under grace. Things will get worse rather than better. Law of God done away with after the cross. Ignore cultural mandate.
as long as we keep believing on all the government trash such as the "republican party" and the "democratic party", we're going to vanish just like those other civilizations! I know that this will sound somewhat simplish, but to my mind, a civilization that does'nt know how to look " Up ", can only look " Down ". It's interesting that people disagreed with you. Greeks were the bedrock influence on western civilisation. Democracy, philosophy, Cosmology, Reason and a moving away from mysticism (Ionians)... all things modern have their beginning in ancient Greece.
Good video, but please, the Greeks were far superior to the Egyptians. I do respect the Egyptians, but the Greeks laid the foundation for most everything we know, see, think about, aspire to, how we rule and participate in government, our art, our architecture, our language, our myths and stories etc, etc. I could go on and on.....The Egyptians in NO WAY compare to the Greeks.
actually as Greek myself I have to admit when you look at the evidence it appears that the Egyptians were SO advanced we can barely comprehend it thus the confusion.
For example the claim is that the procession of the equinoxes was discovered by watching the sun shift every year by some Greek philosopher (I forgot his name).
Well it takes 72 years for the sun to shift 1%
thus there was another way to discover that and the Egyptians clearly understood it
Hmm..Which came first? Egypt or Greece? You should look into where your "Great" Greek scholars recieved their knowledge-Get your scholar game up KID! Whew...SMH
i love this video, about 12 months ago i posted how i respect both men and i still do, i showed this to my students who were curious about Ancient Egypt and the relationship of the modern world and they loved it, i was shocked my high school students sat through this entirely.
what does it matter if he is out there in there? he is who he is and someone trying to make a difference and find truth and be a blessing to the world
The City of London is an independent sovereign incorporated city-state and not a part of England, nor Britain, nor any part of the Commonwealth, which pays no taxes and is not subject to British law.
fomenko the mathematician proved using celestial mechanics that the "ancient" egyptian horoscopes could not be possibly be seen in ancint times, but were in fact early middle ages. Modern archaelogy now admits that the pyramids were built with cement, as was the dome of the parthenon in rome.
pouring cement into molds is not an ancient technology.
@Ecothearcy The zodiac pre-dates the Egyptian civilization. The earliest example of the horoscopes we know so far comes from the Sumerian civilization around 5 and a half thousand years ago. There is evidence that the Egyptians used cement, as an aspect of their architectural repertoir but to say that "the pyramids were built with cement" is misleading. If they were, they would be in a much greater state of decay than they are now. Also, Egyptian cement is unrecognisable from Roman cement.
@ludacris 475 its his moral principles we follow nothing more . moral principles will always be moral principles no matter what age we are living in . time can not change good and bad , light and day , yin and yang . we follow a righteous path for the good of humanity as a whole .
Wow, John Anthony West is a genius, he is hitting the nail on the head. I agree with his views on Art History, that you can gauge a civilization such as Egypt on its art. As such, it is one of the great spiritual heights of humanity. You can also gauge it's consciousness by its art, it is clear that they were in touch with the exalted states of consciousness. For a reader wanting to understand these, you will want to familiarize yourself with the modern Tree of Life, it is the color key.
Here is very simple little theory of government based on these colors. The wise Blue of Jupiter is the innermost sanctum: this is Amoun worship, etc., and represents the pharoah and priest elite. The first outer ring is the Red of Mars and represents the military, that which defends and protects Truth. The final 3rd outer ring is the Yellow of Sun, this is the harmonious vibration that shines gloriously when there is a truly ran system of government. This symbolism applies to self also.
And it has weird influences: look up Oannes (for the Papal mitre). The thing is, we haven't come to this conclusion earlier b/c censorship prevented us from digging, even self-censorship from scholars, very few dared even entertain the thought that "Jesus" could be possibly a construct. In fact, it was very likely the Serapis cult priest (sure many were Jews in origin) who made up the Gospels & Acts & Revelation etc: Revelation & Acts are plagiarised work from THE TALE OF SATMI (Egyptian)
Actually there's a lot of books one can read and come to those conclusions with very solid arguments
:)
Some of them: G.A. Wells, Did Jesus Exist?; John Allegro, The Dead Sea Scrolls; Ahmed Osman, Out of Egypt; C.R.North, The Suffering Servant in Deutero-Isaiah; and of course Acharya S's excellent books The Christ Conspiracy, Suns of God, Who Is Jesus. The hieroglyph for Amen Ra is uncannily resemblant to the figure of the Pope!!! Look it up (e.g. The Second Messiah, Lomas & Knight, p. 97)
Well, intuition is the superior knowledge. We should search inside ourselves for the greatest wealth that exists. This depends entirely upon the searcher, and beliefs of this type are completely superfluous. Now, funny that some of those "truthseekers" (cheap newagers) believe in "Christ" b/c some "Cassiopaean channeling" says so. Philosophy may still involve thinking, the key step is direct exploration, direct knowledge of our inner source.
LOL, but I just meant that some things cannot be expressed in the circular language of words! :D Yes, the church fathers also have 'priceless' quotes such as (paraphrase) 'in order for the faithful to understand (our) Truth it doesn't matter if we cheat on the facts, i.e. truth with lower-case letters' - Certainly, assinine faith is always preferable for those who milk us!!
He has struggled for many years to express these ideas to a society skeptical about the value of spiritual values. Webster on the other hand is always suspicious of the oligarchy to manipulate anything including spirituality in order to take more than their fair share. It is true that if John felt more comfortable with Webster, perhaps was more familiar with his work he would have felt him more an ally
Speaking of the collective human soul. My early experience in post WWII (McCarthy Wisconsin) was that authority will try to destroy as a demonstration of authority. That is just how people are. It is as if the main power differential has to do with how one person can abuse another in the name of "great goodness". It is not just the leaders, it is the human condition and the desire to succeed in a sly, dishonest, or brutal manner.
you can also create as an expression of power and ability, then you would merit the trust of others not able to do the same but who look to you to take care of what they cannot. this is a healthy division of labor, no?
The dynamic of winning by dishonesty and brute force is very tempting especially when one is demonstrating dominance. It is similar to physical or strategic games. The prize is winning over someone else. Ultimately the people who subvert the rules for a positive outcome for themselves will be the winners.
anybody have any comments on relating ancient Egypt to Webster Tarpley's extensive research on oligarchy rule (and mass subjugation). Although I did not do this interview it was my vision to juxtapose these two great social contributors
Actually I discover John West and Manuel Delgado at the same time when I watched The documentary I just uploaded. The last video is not working yet, but I´ll try to fix it soon. A question, Paula, was John pissed off by the end of the interview? it finishes in a very funny way.
you speak English very well ("was John pissed off"). Webster was delayed by a previous interview and thus late for this one. John eventually had to sit in two hours of traffic which he could have avoided if he left earlier. Maybe I should have edited it out but I sort of like unedited work....especially for YouTube. It makes it seem more intimate, like it actually was
Cheers Paula, I live in england, but I write better than write. I love how it ends, it's like being in family. :) I tried to add a link here, but I can't. Check my uploaded videos, 4 of them are part of the discovers of Manuel delgado. in Spanish though :/ yure' going to need a translator.
Molly and yourself need to give yourselves big pats on the back. this is the most intellectually stimulating, educational and positive sort of thing you can watch. It brings me hope in a time of ignorance and backwardness. PEACE
did you pick up how different their perspectives were and yet united in well wishing for humanity (as opposed to the think tanks that are funded by institutions that are invested in weapons)! Webster believes in Progress and John West calls it Church of Progress yet both are pro ppl
Absolutely. Different sides of the same coin. I think Webster is extremely clued up on the structure of the current power aparatus, whereas I think John understands the cultural aspects that occur in times of empire. interesting mix
Had you heard of Webster Tarpley who is now known as one of the three most important 9/11 Truth scholars? John and I are great friends and have known each other since I met him on one of my first tours lead by him years ago in Egypt. Have you ever been to Egypt with John?
I tried to look Manuel Delgado up in google but all that I got ws one who makes guitars, one who was the hero in the WTC disaster and one who is a Yale Professor...could you direct me to the Spanish version of John Anthony West?
I was in egypt 5yeRs ago and in my mind, though and spirit and still there and wish to go again. West is so right

grumpone 2 years ago
The Greeks were "OK?"?????????
Good video, but please, the Greeks were far superior to the Egyptians. I do respect the Egyptians, but the Greeks laid the foundation for most everything we know, see, think about, aspire to, how we rule and participate in government, our art, our architecture, our language, our myths and stories etc, etc. I could go on and on.....The Egyptians in NO WAY compare to the Greeks.
Sorry.
Still, good video though.
bamadawgsc 2 years ago
actually as Greek myself I have to admit when you look at the evidence it appears that the Egyptians were SO advanced we can barely comprehend it thus the confusion.
For example the claim is that the procession of the equinoxes was discovered by watching the sun shift every year by some Greek philosopher (I forgot his name).
Well it takes 72 years for the sun to shift 1%
thus there was another way to discover that and the Egyptians clearly understood it

@mrcon5 actually 1 degree isn't even 1%.

i love this video, about 12 months ago i posted how i respect both men and i still do, i showed this to my students who were curious about Ancient Egypt and the relationship of the modern world and they loved it, i was shocked my high school students sat through this entirely.
i was impressed.
thank you for keeping this video up

fomenko the mathematician proved using celestial mechanics that the "ancient" egyptian horoscopes could not be possibly be seen in ancint times, but were in fact early middle ages. Modern archaelogy now admits that the pyramids were built with cement, as was the dome of the parthenon in rome.
pouring cement into molds is not an ancient technology.
Ecothearcy 3 years ago
I don't know fomenko but how about the water erosion on the sphinx
thx for the comment
paulagloria 3 years ago
@Ecothearcy The zodiac pre-dates the Egyptian civilization. The earliest example of the horoscopes we know so far comes from the Sumerian civilization around 5 and a half thousand years ago. There is evidence that the Egyptians used cement, as an aspect of their architectural repertoir but to say that "the pyramids were built with cement" is misleading. If they were, they would be in a much greater state of decay than they are now. Also, Egyptian cement is unrecognisable from Roman cement.

Herumachis 4 years ago 7
Here is very simple little theory of government based on these colors. The wise Blue of Jupiter is the innermost sanctum: this is Amoun worship, etc., and represents the pharoah and priest elite. The first outer ring is the Red of Mars and represents the military, that which defends and protects Truth. The final 3rd outer ring is the Yellow of Sun, this is the harmonious vibration that shines gloriously when there is a truly ran system of government. This symbolism applies to self also.

Christianity is based on the pagan worship of the Sun.
ludachris475 3 years ago
And it has weird influences: look up Oannes (for the Papal mitre). The thing is, we haven't come to this conclusion earlier b/c censorship prevented us from digging, even self-censorship from scholars, very few dared even entertain the thought that "Jesus" could be possibly a construct. In fact, it was very likely the Serapis cult priest (sure many were Jews in origin) who made up the Gospels & Acts & Revelation etc: Revelation & Acts are plagiarised work from THE TALE OF SATMI (Egyptian)
jupiterjjrm 3 years ago 2
Amen, I agree.
And Amen-Ra also.
ludachris475 3 years ago
jupiterjjrm 3 years ago
Brilliant.
The Christian allegory of the Sun must be renounced by all rational people and cast down with all other ancient demagogy.
Reason and philosophy must guide our actions.
ludachris475 3 years ago

Jeez, John West is a bit grumpy, isin't he.
anvilofcrom 4 years ago
He has struggled for many years to express these ideas to a society skeptical about the value of spiritual values. Webster on the other hand is always suspicious of the oligarchy to manipulate anything including spirituality in order to take more than their fair share. It is true that if John felt more comfortable with Webster, perhaps was more familiar with his work he would have felt him more an ally

Yeah, it seemed they weren't on the same wavelength.
I like them both though, they both know their respective stuff.

Speaking of the collective human soul. My early experience in post WWII (McCarthy Wisconsin) was that authority will try to destroy as a demonstration of authority. That is just how people are. It is as if the main power differential has to do with how one person can abuse another in the name of "great goodness". It is not just the leaders, it is the human condition and the desire to succeed in a sly, dishonest, or brutal manner.
hypnofan35 4 years ago
you can also create as an expression of power and ability, then you would merit the trust of others not able to do the same but who look to you to take care of what they cannot. this is a healthy division of labor, no?
paulagloria 4 years ago
The dynamic of winning by dishonesty and brute force is very tempting especially when one is demonstrating dominance. It is similar to physical or strategic games. The prize is winning over someone else. Ultimately the people who subvert the rules for a positive outcome for themselves will be the winners.

anybody have any comments on relating ancient Egypt to Webster Tarpley's extensive research on oligarchy rule (and mass subjugation). Although I did not do this interview it was my vision to juxtapose these two great social contributors
paulagloria 5 years ago
Actually I discover John West and Manuel Delgado at the same time when I watched The documentary I just uploaded. The last video is not working yet, but I´ll try to fix it soon. A question, Paula, was John pissed off by the end of the interview? it finishes in a very funny way.
Gozne 5 years ago
you speak English very well ("was John pissed off").
