Actually i have the fearless book, You're not sorry is recorded a half step lower, with Em, C, G, and D. And "you belong with me" is extremely easy too. So is "The best day". And "Hey stephen" is pretty simple too. I wouldn't go by 911 tabs. Anybody can post the chords they think are used in a song.

Yes you still use a capo (: You can use a capo. I played this song for my talent show and at a few other gigs I did and I only used to Em, C, G, and D for the instrumentals, and then I used a D/B# , G, D, and A for verses and Chorus. I would have used the Em, C, G, and D but I would had to bring my voice up an octave and it kind of hurts. Whatever way you feel comfortable doing it. I think theres at least four different ways now(:

and just strum each chords twice so Down Down!

It won't be in the right key. Capos are used to change the key of the song to better suit the singers vocal range. But if you don't have a capo you can just transpose the song into standard tuning.

In regards to your chord problem, I believe the chromatic scale (do, re, mi) translates to these chords:

do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si

C, D, E, F, G, A, and B

For more, there's an entire wiki-page devoted to this subject (though you might have to find the same one on Italian-Wiki if you're not entirely comfortable with English).

It's called a "capo" and no, you don't have to. Capos are just generally used to change the pitch of the song to match the singers voice/change the chords to simpler ones.
