The store will be open 9 PM to Midnight when the game comes out so if you go that time, just wait in the line (if there is one). Show them your receipt, if they ask for ID show that too. Pay the rest of the money or just take the game if you already paid 60$, the gamestops near me are going to be celebrating the launch of MW3 on Monday Nov 7, from 9 PM to Midnight launch lol
