In this year Winter in Russia be really snow and cold, but usually (2006-2008 years) winter is rainy.

If you think, that Sibir' (Siberia) is the toughest place here, than you are mistaking. There is Far East and one place, called "the Coldness Pole", where tthe temperature record was signed - it was -68°C. We could send Gore there and force him to grow water-melons here, in Oymyakon. Let him feel "the global warming". :D
