  • excellent

  • This dancing represents the aspects of the Divine energies of the goddesses. Salutations to you young women for attempting to express these energies in your craft. "We are One with the Goddess", a song I hear from time to time. May she in all of her aspects continue to inspire your creativity, and bring about Joy in your life, and those who witness your dance. Good wishes

  • True Goddess' for real!

    -G

  • Are they twins? They are beautiful ladies, though.

  • I wish some of you people commenting would stop making horrid comments. Just enjoy it.

  • modern day Egyptians...beautiful

  • They are beautiful!!!!!

  • Our women are very beautiful

  • Not 100% acurate on the yoruba dance form but good visuals still praising

  • I cant believe how the Yoruba religion has traveled all over the world

  • @kemykat100 It just shows the strength of the Yoruba people that even after everything they still kept their tradition at a time when doing so meant certain death

  • Perfect in every way. Such beautiful women, and graceful moves

  • Absolutely beautiful. Oshun and Yemaya and all the feminine divinities are praised.

  • beautiful dancing.... not orisa dances specific to the orisas that were named though. Each orisa has very specific moves that are not usually done together. lovely energy though.

  • They are two fine ladies.

  • Delightful

  • beautiful

  • Oh this is lovely. For those that commented before and say this is belly dance yemanjá and oshun, water godesses were of african origin, and belly dance also have african rooths in ancient egypt, north africa. So there must be a connection.

  • As an Orisha priest,I find this a very touching affering from two gorgeous dancers to the our beloved Mothers. Of course it's not our traditional way of dancing to honor our Orishas but it is still beautiful dancing. We must be mature enough to see the difference! ASHE to the girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I am blessed to have found this video. Thank you ladies for being graceful, talented and professional.:D

  • Does my heart and soul good, to see young beautiful Black Queens praising in splendid dance. Simply a beautiful sight to see.

  • VERY GOOD BELLY DANCING (ARABIC) NOT ORISHA , NOTNING TO DO WITH YEMAYA MAYBE OCHUN

  • Are you serious?

I'm lost. What does belly dance have to do with orisha.

Beautiful dancers and music but what an insult to those of us who actually practice orisha way of life. Go back and do more research or get a life.

  • Man... that drummer in the background is messing up the vibe! Sounds like a child banging on drum randomly.

  • i m surprize aferican people dance this type of dance.

  • wow. i wish i could dance like this

  • sweeet

  • are there yorubas in cuba?

  • @jumonsizzle just decendents , the orishas are highly praised & the religion practiced .

  • Wow clapping my hands, beautiful!! a fitting tribute to the Orisha Goddess!!

  • What awful depiction of Yemaya, why the Arabic dance? Let me guess these are afro americans who have NO clue that Yemaya and Oshun are WEST African dieties, Cubans do better depictions

  • These are some very beautiful young black goddess, dancing with a lot of passion and energy. Beautiful!!!

  • Beautiful and very energetic performance by these 2 young woman, I simply enjoyed thier performance.

  • I bow to your glory my mothers, and my creator..Iba yeye,

  • This is not authentic, the director must to study traditions

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!! Omi O Yemaya! Ori YeYe Oshun!! Eeepa!!

  • Ashe Mama Yemaya

    Ashe Mi Oshun

Even though we are only human

There is a manifistation of the Almighty

and His angels in the eyes and hearts of the children.

    Ashe Eleggua

  • These youngsters are really praising the Cosmic Mother, bless them, praise you little sistarrs!!!

  • Truly tragic.Exploiting the deities of our religion just for the sake of entertainment.Would you name a production and a dance after jesus.Probably not.Yemoja and Oshun don't even dance the same. But you would know that if you were actually involved with these deities, instead of using them as show puppies for you entertainment.

  • beautiful!
