  • What is not reported in this video is that they are in Camp V which is a maximum security camp for prisoners who do not behave or cause problems. Those that do follow rules live in communal camps with free time 20+ hours a day. Prisoners in the communal camps have more entitlements then do the enlisted personnel serving in the JTF camps. This is from a person who has lived & worked on the base.
