Excel Saga's Japanese is much better than the English? What? You must have heard a different dub than I did. The english dub blows away the original. Should probably include that this is the final episode, called "Going too far" and yeah, it does.

The English dub gave Excel an annoying voice which didn't suit her character. The voice actors were worse, since anime is a much smaller industry in the west than in Japan, and thus dubbing companies cannot afford high-profile V.A.s (who don't exist for English speaking roles). Thus, English dubs are almost uniformly garbage, with exceptions few and far between.
