And if Akyuu's house is anywhere near the Lake of Blood, it would possible Elly would just be there for the sake of being there. But yeah, the question still remains, what would Elly know about Reisen that would make her say that?

@SamusAran627 It has nothing to do with Reisen's background. Elly said "dokurenashi" which, according to the full version translation that I know, means "good for nothing". I think that in this video, Elly is saying that Reisen is good for nothing to the members of Eintei, and that Reisen's reaction is her denying it.

I don't understand Reisen's part as well.

As far as I know, there's two Reisen. Udongein, which most people know. She's the original Reisen from the moon. The other Reisen is the new Reisen who replaced Udongein after Udogein escaped from the moon.

In SSiB, she is taken in by Reisens former masters as their pet, and is given the same name. She also goes to Eientei in the same manga. She later meets the first Reisen in Inaba of the Earth and Inaba of the moon, but i can't remember in which chapter.

In the beginning Reisen was holding something(maybe a treasure) while looking at the moon she left(which she abandoned her allies in battle). Next scene tells that Tewi and Reisen despite complications, work together. Next scene, Elly appears and says something about Reisen abandoning her allies. Reisen couldn't take the guilt and went in panic.But in the end, despite all bad she did, she was accepted in the family.
