I like these videos. They are more professional looking than Spriggs was, and I personally like these better. I do know that when RunningGun returns with Spriggs, if they decide to, then it will be much better.

Depends on the complexity. I'd say a minimum 3 man tech team. One for the Video Editing, One for the Sound, One for Setup/Organziation.
