Creating "24" Style Titles in Premiere Elements

what i think is easier to get the beep sound is you can get 1 episode of 24 on itunes. then use the audio recording on quicktime pro to record the beep sound when it comes on.you can just que it to that part.then save it as aiff sound and it will b on your itunes.hopefully that will help everyone

Just as a side note: for Sony Vegas users, its as easy as getting the font, creating a text event and then changing it on the event marker every second to coincide with the seconds. I did a similar version of this on a parody of 24 I did. Used a funkier font but it went with the silliness of the vid.

you can see the 1's used above aren't the same as 24.

I don't have Audiocity, I have Audio Studio...can someone tell me how can I rip the countdown noise? Cause I try to do it from microphone but it sounds horrible. This tutorial is great by the way! Thanks:)
