They turned it into a nice pop song, and if The Beatles had recorded it they probably would have done it like this (and John wouldn't be happy about it), but John's hauntingly beautiful demo is untouchable. I've listened to that demo on repeat all day.

This band is the Beatnix, an Aussie Tribute band. The have a rare album of Lenn-Mac covers of early songs the real Beatles gave away called "Its Four You".($100 on Amazon) It is an alternate universe album of cuts like "Step Inside Love", "Like Dreamers Do", Bad To Me" Very well done. Also check the Beatnix on You Tube doing "Stairway to Heaven" Ed Sullivan style ! I am not kidding.....
