therealafter- I definitely SAW them- just as Paul said- could barely HERE them-it was exciting and believe it or not disappointing because of the sound system- I remember the girls trying to get over the barricades- I was only 10 years old- we had seats in the infield so of course everyone was standing for the entire concert. Yes I'm lucky to be able to say that- the music of the 60's were great- other things were not I guess that's why the music resonated so much for us.
Was at Wrigley on 8\1 and up until then I thought "In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins was the best song I had seen live, but "Live and Let Die" was every bit as good if not better. Mr. Collins is the man but Sir Paul is the king!!!!
Hahaha. I saw him at Chicago on August 1st, and the performance was EXACTLY the same lol. The guitarist even fell to the ground at 1:45. lol. Nonetheless, it was still Amazing.
Just some him at wrigley field for my birthday! So awesome! Love him! And this is not the worst James Bond song this is probably one of the best ones!
OMG i was there on the 16th it was awesome! best concert of my life! did billy joel come on and play a duet with him? i think he played "Just 17" with billy joel
saw this last night at yankee stadium!! amazing performer is an understatement!!! paul played a multiple guitars, piano.....talented beyond words! he will make you smile, sing along, cry (at least i was moved to tears), and feel ALIVE!! live and let die was beyond phenomenal and thrilling!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait....we see him in a few weeks in Chicago at Wrigley Field...we are taking my 11 year old son...his first concert ever...and my 65 year old mom...who saw the Beatles in 1965 at Comiskey park...2nd row....she said they could hear no music with all the girls screaming...three generations of fans....
@imabalog memories your mom must have!!!! would have given anything to see the Beatles ! Saw Paul for 2nd time at MGM in June. Phenomenal, yes, you will never forget it :) Yoko, Sean Lennon, Olivia Harrison and George Martin were there, it was emotional singing "give peace a chance" with them :D
Any chance you have Ob La Di Ob La Da also?- went to concert that was the first time I had heard that in concert was really great! What a great experience again- saw them in 66, 73, 89, 09 and friday- never get tired of goiing back in time- had to wipe away the emotions
@7primal In '66? As in, you saw The Beatles play? Lucky bastard....I was born in the wrong time and you have no idea the feeling of missing out I have. It's like when you're a kid and your girlfriend goes to a party you can't go to with a bunch of guys...times 1000. It's almost that exact feeling, jealousy and regret. Ha ha.
Sir Paul still going strong at 69! Saw him in Tampa in 05 and was blown away by his energy and stamina even then. The boy has not lost a beat. Amazing, amazing performer...
@yorockyboxerdude Actually, he just called me and said he will be doing that tonight. Nah, just kidding, I have no idea, but I think there is a good chance he would.

Why is he allowed to go on but people demand Madonna who is way younger reitre and sit down? We really do live in an ageist/sexist world.
