This was the original plot of Sad Love Story but Song Seung Hun had to complete his military service and he never was able to finish filming for this drama. So they replaced him with Yun Jung Hoon and they redid the plot.

This is like an SP Edition or something. Song Seunghyun was supposed to be casted as the Co-star from KSW and KHS, but was called for miliatry duties. I believe this was thei SP ED for them when he came back.
