This is brilliant. Just to clarify, whether or not Billie was confident enough doesn't matter, have you ever tried singing full voice and dancing those upbeat moves? It's really hard, I'm not surprised she opted to lip sync here, rather than her voice come out all breathy. Believe me, I've tried, and it's not easy. Billie is awesome!!!!! Love those costumes btw.
