fap(fair access policy) if you talk about any satellite based internet service then there has to be limlit to the amount of data that can be dowloaded from internet and that is all becuase all the hughesnet users are sharing a same satellite. so the limit is decided according to the service plan a person has....if you are over the megabyte limit then your speed of internet will go slow for next 24 hours and after the 24hours period is over your speeds will come up back again.....
