you are god...there is no separation between you and the divine....so "communication" is happening all the time...not just in meditation....and this is not religion

I am describing truth and reality.. if you don't agree or see eye to I with me or call things by different labels or enjoy your lowest self mode [believe all your assumptions, dogmas, egotistical bullshit] then bully for you.

@99minerkc also, the veil between the inner self world and the outer self world begins to fade and theres not so much separation between the two.. so one's not just living in their head all the time/ disconnected from the here and now and their whole being. they/ you/ I am are truly the essence of being in the [eternal] moment and the relationship to the here and now creates experience/ manifests heaven [natural bliss/ joy/ content] or hell [unease to 'learn from mistakes' and transcend]
