@liftinislife91 Nice job I think it is one of the best workouts for fighting. It is a work out I like to do when down my martial arts gym. Have you come across the Baz Rutten workouts, check out his youtube videos, I sometimes do them too.
@johnshaneable yeah i do variety of workouts lots of fighters focus too much on form and cardio but i mix some heavy weight training in it cause u can be in best cardio shape in the world and get stuck like some one like myself lol and get caught once and itll rattle the person a bit lol i do the 300 workout on some days the pump up workout were no lie takes almost 2 days too recover from lol i mix it up alot al my workouts are designed too get in good shape for strength and cardio
@liftinislife91 yo, you gotta practice them right hooks, you left head is vulnerable for inside elbows and rights. Keep your hands up, and twist your torso when you throw hooks and crosses. You feel me? otherwise, good job, i would love to train with you but i live in pennsylvania.
