As mentioned above the cop first ordered the guy to do 50 push-ups for some kind of DUI test. The guy refused to do them, and the cop attempted to arrest him. THEN the guy resisted arrest and walked away. Should have done the push-ups!

That was an appropriate use of the taser. The guy was clearly drunk...refused the sobriety test. Resisted arrest and only when it was clear the guy was going to bugger off in his car did the copper taser him. Should be a training video to all those other coppers.
