I'm not into Heroes, but I do like Avril! The show to me was another try at The Others from the late 90's or early 00's. That show focused on people with supernatural abilities, unlike the super powers that each Hero has. It was a dark and earie show and had a good fan base but unfortunately NBC didn't know what to do with it.
