Babies have died when their prams rolled into water when a parent is distracted like this. Maybe time prams are like luggage trolleys, where brakes always on unless the hands are on the pram, releasing the brakes. These incidents may have been caused by the parents being distracted for a moment, however what happens if a parent faints or has a heart attack ? A mechanism which stops them rolling like this could save lives. Glad little one is okay. Good outcome this time.
