I lived in this city for a year. I thought it was a great place to live, but it wasn't my favorite city in Siberia. Winter wasn't too bad, the coldest I saw was 40 below. Summers were opposite, getting in the 80s and 90s.
Cant believe such an urban center was built in the middle of Siberia!.my congratulations to the russian people for such achievement, and it just begun with the Siberian express.
LIFE must be hard out there , glad i will be there in the spring or summer
