They can't put in blood. The writers are the same writers for DC comics and they wanted the game to have a Teen rating for some reason so that's why all the fatalities in this game blow some hairy balls.

I know this fatality could be so much cooler but honestly, think of this as like a comedy. I mean, it's 2 giant freaking hammers crushing some guys balls, makes Johnny Cage look like a joke.
