Some crowds even blocked ambulance access to Presby. Thats not peaceful. Scores of people left when told to disperse. Others didnt, and were moved along with LRAD and yes- pushing and shoving. Those who refused were arrested.

Although they did consult with PGH on public safety, since our city had a relatively boring G20, because of the immense police presence (some protest groups even left town early). I know of no one "beaten" in PGH. Forcibly arrested due to resistance, yes. They want to resist, so that their friends can get it all on camera for YouTube, and folks can call it "brutality".

My mistake with the Elastic Clause (that's more along the lines with the Legislative Branch). It's the job of the police to be there to disperse the crowd. I honestly could care less if the police put their lives on the line everyday, because it sure as hell isn't for the majority of Americans. Of all the times I've been attacked or robbed, the police have not helped once, and the same goes for many people. Plus, a majority of the criminals that threaten their lives are created by the system they enforce.

Some crowds even blocked ambulance access to Presby. Thats not peaceful. Scores of people left when told to disperse. Others didnt, and were moved along with LRAD and yes- pushing and shoving. Those who refused were arrested.

I am the girl in this video who got arrested for holding the door open (for the record, I had NO IDEA the video was being taken, nor do I know who took it). These students were running away. There WERE people throwing things somewhere on campus, but the students arrested in this video, me included, were not being violent. Let's be serious - you can see me getting arrested here. Exactly how militant do I look? I didn't even resist.

This was no G20 PROTEST
It was a bunch of college students that started a riot against police just standing there.
The police did nothing until some college kids started throwing bricks and being dicks.
That's ASSAULT against cops ASSAULT unprovoked.
