Juveniles get released to their parents, shoplifting is so petty it gets thrown out in court if the owner dosent show up to court which they usually dont, I can speak from experience. Teens make mistakes and learn from them its a part of growing up, I was just appalled when i read the description, didnt have a son anymore, you act like he was murdered.
