I got my PA done a year ago, I have been pierced 5 times, tongue, nipples, pubic, and PA. Out of all my piercings the PA was the least painful, and fastest healing. Honestly a PA is the messiest piercing but the the pain was a .5 out of 10, but then again the shop I went to is the best shop in the county! And for all the guys that can fathom putting a hole in your dick because of the "pain", the pleasure that you get after it's healed is WAY WORTH IT!

Good for you...I got mine done back in 2003...but my piercing specialist pierced me at 10 gauge...did you have it done to the side? Or dead center? Mine was done dead center...and to tell you the truth I didn't think it hurt very much at all...it usually shouldn't be as bad as you described unless the piercer didn't take notice of certain blood vessels or nerves...either way it's no long term damage but it can hurt like crazy if not done in the right place for each person. Awesome :-)

Really, you cried? I think you have a low pain threshold. I speak from experience here. I am a professional body piercer who has pierced his own PA. So I know what I am talking about. Realisticly the PA hurts about the same as a earlobe in 14G. Its the recieving tube insertion in the urethra that feels akwardly painful, but no were neer a 10. I think you might be frightening future recepients of the piercing. It really not as bad as you make it out to be.
