Wow, could a video ever have its facts so blatantly wrong and actually have very little to do with its title.
Nothing in those five facts said anything as to why the film will suck, in fact they were all things that would make it not suck.
To my knowledge, the film has been in the planning stages for so long now with still very little confirmed that most of these so called facts were mostly conjecture, rather than actual information.

Dan Aykroyd told me and my brother when we went to the signing of his wine that Ghostbusters will hopefully be shooting this coming up spring and they are shooting for a release around christmas 2012.
