  • Oh....this video was made before they destroyed or lost the evidence courtesy of rich sponsors? I hope justice will reach her if she did it! And I have a strong feeling that she did. Time will show. For now, Amanda, enjoy ur millions and celebrity status. So, the victim killed herself??! LOL

  • @THELEXIS1983 You are obviously mentally ill & should seek professional help, unless of course you're sending your comments online from the prison library.

  • Patrick Lumumba recently stated that Amanda Knox is a VERY good ACTRESS.

  • Looks like good old media editing and planned melodramatic video and photos of this couple made the retards of the world assume they are guilty. And sometimes only because of the photos and videos only. Amazing how stupid some people are. Like little pigs grabbing at food without thoughts

  • ak and rs were switching their mobile phones off at the same time that night. they NEVER done that weeks and months before. phones were switched off whole night. the next morning they turned them on again. at the same time and phone bill proves that...

  • google truejustice org

    and massei report

  • Actually, YOU should be ashamed Judy because she LIED and pointed her dirty finger to a innocent person!!! Why arent you yapping about that!!! She had written a hand written statement that SHE was there at the house that her boss Patrick Lumumba was the one who killed Meredith and that she heard Meredith screaming, later she changed her story that she wasnt at the house. SHAME ON YOU!!!! SHAME ON CNN FOR GIVING THE US THE HALF TRUTHS ABOUT THIS CASE!!!

  • In the case remains calumny towards Lumumba, at this point you should be asking why she lied? What is the reason for the slander? And above all, Rudy Guede, was sentenced to 16 years in prison for conspiring to murder. There is a sentence that says he has not acted alone. Now Amanda and Raffaele were the only suspects. Possible that in five years no other name has ever come from?

  • There is an abnormal pressure in this case, which comes from the U.S., which reflects a total ignorance towards the Italian jurisdiction. Each person speaking on this case does not even know the role of a PM or a judge in a trial in our country. Do not even know the proceedings. Do not even know why Amanda was involved.

  • Everyone says that Amanda is innocent, that did not kill Meredith, but have not yet disclosed the reasons for the sentence. We do not know if he is innocent for not having committed the crime, or for lack of evidence. The only thing certain is that there will be the third grade of trial, the Court of Cassation. If the sentence of the second degree is canceled by the Supreme Court, where you will find Amanda? It would be a sentence in absentia? This is a sensational escape.

  • BITCH WITH ANGEL FACE !!!!

    DAMNED AMERICANS !

    INJUSTICE IN PERUGIA !!

  • @Quark130 Americans watch too much CSI... They don't understand that this a real case, and an innocent is dead. They want Amanda free because she is american! It's absurd, they attacked italian legal system when american's judge condemn people to dead. Amanda is guilty in any case ... He killed Amanda? She's guilty of murder. He didn't kill Meredith? She's guilty of omission of emergency. She didn't anything about it, and probably took part in the murder. She's guilty in any case

  • @Shox7691 We didn't want her free because she was American, we wanted her free because she was locked up for being an American. There was no evidence connecting her to the crime, and the court that convicted her refused to hear the evidence in her defense. No, they did not lock her up for being guilty. They looked at her and saw a spoiled American brat and wanted to put her in jail for it. But justice has been done for this girl and all I have to say now is free at last!

  • @Ultimaton100 But come on, she is free because it is American. Because you have liked it to be free. Avoid talk of the sort that the Italians are anti-American, Because in Iraq e Afghanistan we also have our soldiers to fight with you. She's involved in this crime. Why has accused an innocent? Why did not he call the police immediately? How do you take a shower in a devastated apartment with blood everywhere?

  • @Ultimaton100 So the truth will come out, only that she can no longer be stopped as it returns to America. I recommend Make it rich with inverviste and more. So she is the victim of a system is not it? Maybe Oprah will come out of retirement to interview her and all of you there to watch tv .. Americans ..

  • @ruide1966 Must you sink so low as to try and cast the victim's family in a poor light? You are despicable! The Kercher family has lost a dearly loved member of their family in a nightmare that happens to be REAL! This family to this day lives through the horrific memory of Meredith's last night in the ongoing trial and media coverage. They have lost wages, endured many a sleepless night and the NIGHTMARE goes on......!!!!

Nothing will REPAY their loss of Meredith.

  • Italy is a third world hellhole corrupted to the bone. Yeah, she probably got a fair trial...

  • Amanda Knox is a low class ASESINA!!!!! A petty class murderer!!!! She will rot in prision!!!!

  • Amanda & Rafaelle are innocent

  • @Quark130 Sorry, I don't feel like fucking off tonight, even though you asked me so nicely and you didn't even make any spelling mistakes or further butcher the English language.

Amanda has fucked off, she's sitting in jail in Italy where she can't bother you. As for Obama, I agree with you that him and his mandatory health insurance and other ridiculous bills, should fuck off.

When it comes to the entire USA fucking off, you might want to set your sights a little lower.

  • go to jail bitch and shut the fu*k up!!!!

  • What a ridiculous report by the reporter. Neither Amanda nor her family deserve any sympathy.

  • @sandrodream1 I guess we'll see what happens with the appeal. :)

  • @sandrodream1 The fact that she accused an innocent man is perhaps the most compelling piece of evidence against her. I was disgusted when I heard that too. But did she really accuse him or could part of it have been due to the language barrier? They misunderstood her text message because in her novice Italian she seemed to be hinting that she would be meeting with him later that night.

There's no DNA placing her in Meredith's room. I find that the most compelling proof of her innocence.

  • @sandrodream1 Oh no, I understand. There have been mistakes in every justice system in the world. In both America and Italy. I'm saying Amanda Knox's verdict was a mistake.

  • @knals16 How was it a mistake? Lies, lies and more lies, by both Amanda and Raffaele--lies that only guilty parties would tell---and her parents are liars, too.

  • @iambillym1 Being liars doesn't make them killers. Not to mention we don't really know exactly what she said during that all night interrogation. There are no tapes or transcripts to back it up. all they have is a very confused signed statement made by Amanda after an all night interrogation.

  • @knals16 UNDER the circumstances, nature and particulars of their lies, yes it does make them killers. Why would they need to lie? Another lie is that she was mistreated or coerced by her interrogators. She was never questioned for more than three hours, not all night or 14 as Knox's PR people would have you believe. It doesn't make any difference. Both she and Raffaele started lying the minute the postal police showed up. Knox has had more than three years to tell the truth, and she never has.

  • @iambillym1 Well hearing recordings of that interrogation or reading transcripts would go a long way towards me believing that she wasn't coerced into a false confession.

Amanda Knox was interrogated from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You keep claiming that the "Knox PR firm" is feeding us lies, however the cops can't provide proof they didn't coerce. No one knows what went on during that interrogation except the people who were there.Yet, they expect everyone to blindly take their word for it.

  • @knals16 UH, The Knox family is currently being prosecuted for their slanders against the investigators, so it would seem the burden of proof is on the Knox family to prove their accusations. Anyway, it's irrelevant to Amanda and Raffaele's guilt: it was their initial lies to the postal police which made them suspects; they've had plenty of time to tell the truth, yet still are unable to explain their actions, inconsistencies in their stories or the contradicting evidence against them.

  • @iambillym1 They did explain themselves. Amanda was strong armed into her confession. Anyone can see this if they read her statement . They tricked her into telling them she was there by:

A.) Repeatedly telling her she was there and they had forensic proof.

B.) Telling her Raffaele had told them she was there.

She couldn't figure out why her boyfriend would lie about that, so they made her start to doubt whether she could have actually been there and blocked it from her mind.

  • @knals16 Bullshit! Amanda and her family are lying about this, and it's just a red herring, anyway. Neither she nor Raffaele have told the truth, either before or after the police interrogation.

  • @iambillym1 Yes they lied, I get it.

Although I'm not sure you can call it lying, versus intimidation, putting Amanda in a hypothetical scenario and then calling it a confession. Who else lied? Curatelo lied about seeing them in the square and staying there until the buses came (even though November 1 was a holiday and there were no buses going to the disco) maybe he was the third gunman on the grassy knoll, excuse me, the third knifeman in the crazy satanic sex slaying.

  • Apparently, he has heroin problems. People will do anything for drugs, you know as the police so passionately believe regarding Amanda. Rudy Guede lies. unless you think he actually had consensual sex with Meredith and was innocently taking a shit.

I'm almost insulted. I spent a lot of time laying out why I believe that Rudy was the only person in the room and citing the pages in the Massei report and all you can say is "Bullshit, they lied." I think I'm done arguing with you.

  • @knals16 AMANDA/Raffaele can't even agree on where she was during the time of the murder. When asked about Meredith's blood on the knife, Raffaele said she cut herself while cooking at his house; Amanda stated that Meredith had never even been there. Who, but Amanda (and Raffaele) had the opportunity to clean up and stage the scene to mislead the authorities? And why would she do that unless she were involved in the murder?

  • @iambillym1 You don't find it strange that a lot of the details of this case are extremely hard to find out?

  • Not to mention, why does anyone need to lie?

Plus if they only interrogated her for three hours at a time, I'm assuming they gave her fifteen minute breaks in between because she was there from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. (By the way, I mixed AM and PM up in my previous post, excuse the error.)

  • @knals16 FORENSIC evidence shows that three people participated in the murder, and then we find all these mixes of Meredith's blood and Amanda's DNA, and Amanda's blood with Raffaele's DNA. Explain to me how Amanda knew details of the killing before anyone else did, even though she did not see into Meredith's room when the door was forced open. Read the Micheli and Massei reports. The coerced confession is a canard, and you need neither motive or physical evidence to see their guilt.

  • @iambillym1 FORENSIC evidence shows one person participated in the murder and the onl way Guede could have been more obvious would be by leaving his license and a contact number behind. Guede's DNA was found on Meredith's cut bra strap, on her sweater, epithelial cells (skin) were found inside of Meredith and he left a bloody handprint in the victim's blood on the pillow case.He left a bloody footprint pointing from Meredith's room to the door. (Massei Report, page 43 and 44)

  • @iambillym1 Some stains that "could have been spermatic in nature" were found on the pillow underneath Meredith's buttocks, but for some reason the police decided these were not relevant and shouldn't be tested. (Massei Report p. 21)

They say that the break in was staged, but Meredith was missing her credit cards and approximately 300 Euros. She was also missing both of her cell phones, which were found in the bushes. ( Massei Report p, 11)

  • Amidst all this carnage in Meredith's room rife with DNA, Amanda left nothing behind. Raffaele's dna was found on a clasp to a bra that had been viciously cut off at the strap. Meanwhile, Rudy, a man with a history of break-ins involving theft of money and cell phones (Massei report p. 45) is in approximately 6 places in the room and we're supposed to believe Amanda was the ringleader and Rudy was a mere follower?

  • DId I mention Rudy was the only one of the three with injuries consistent to a knife fight? (Massei report p. 138)

Might I mention that the Massei report is a fucking disgrace. It pretends to be ominpotent, guessing at the motivations of everyone involved, ignoring some suspicious behavior while emphasizing other suspicious behavior and all of it seems slanted towards incarcerating Knox and Sollecito for what was obviously Rudy's crime.

  • However, I still have faith that the Italian Justice as a whole system is fair and impartial and that such corruption and bias is relegated only to this tiny pocket of Italy. If that is the case, Knox and Sollecito will go free

  • @sandrodream1 I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "sevizied and crudelty". I support the American justice system if that's what you're asking, and I don't quite follow that army inside house remark? I would say no Americans have an army inside their house, unless you consider a very wealthy person with a lot of body guards an army?

If you want to clarify what you meant, I'll gladly continue this discussion.

  • She is a disgrace. Her punishment will not be confined to this life. God does not take kindly to murderers, and she shall pay in the next life!

  • @sandrodream1 America doesn't go around handing innocent people the death penalty. Usually there has to be strong circumstantial and forensic evidence to back up an indictment that severe. Have there ever been mistakes in the American Courts? Yes. I believe the Knox case lacks the forensic evidence to prove that either Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito were ever in Meredith's room. Rudy Guede's DNA however, is everywhere. I think he was burglarizing the house and Meredith surprised him.

  • @sandrodream1 So are you saying that the Italian legal system has never made a blunder? I wouldn't claim that about America, although I see our justice system as fair and impartial.

  • Judy Bachrach: "All of Italy should be ashamed." What a silly thing to say. She should be ashamed.

  • I have read the judge's report, and I'm not sure what happened in that house, but I will say that there is absolutely reasonable doubt here. I would bet a lot of money that this case would have ended in not-guilty or at least a hung jury here in the US. I have a lot of respect for the Italian judicial system, but the fact that the jury was allowed to read reports and talk about the case during the trial is very difficult to understand from an American perspective.

  • i hope they dont let this fucking slut out, i knew the slut did it when i seen the clip of the boyfriend and her kissing. slut. the slut makes me sick to look at. she should of got life.

  • @THELEXIS1983 Yeah, Amanda and her boyfriend were kissing, it's a fucking travesty! Get real.

You're a sick pile of sub-human bile and you're going to look even worse once Amanda and Rafaelle are rightfully acquitted. Medieval, witch-hunt-mentality cretins like you make me fucking sick. You need a soul.

  • @THELEXIS1983 shes out! you must b so pissed off right now

  • @TheTruthSlave shez scum and she knows it.

  • @THELEXIS1983 defo, i must admit when she was kissing her boyfriend i got shivers down my spine

  • @TheIdiotSlave You have to have the primitive brain of a weak monkey to think that a moment where a girl and boyfriend kiss exposes her or him as murderers. Wow, some people have no idea how to think beyond their childish low iq emotions

  • @MissTeenPregnancy first of all with a name like that how the fuck can i take you seriously u little tramp. i guarantee you my I.Q is at least double yours now go fuck yourself you gullible gobshite , its asshole like you that sit in jury letting people like this bitch and OJ away with murder

  • @TheRetardedSlave Ha! the old 'let me focus on your channel name because i'm not even capable of responding intelligently' move eh? Well done moron

  • @MissTeenPregnancy no pig let me focus on your channel name cos it says a fuck lot about what type of person u are! im 100% straight talking NO TIME 4 BULLSHIT kind of person, your a dirty loose leg opening fuckin whore who fucks their life away and subjects a helpless baby to a shit life cos yourr incapable of thinking b4 acting and having sex without protection makining u a SKANK (ho)

  • @TheRetardedSlave LOL and you actually believe i'm a 'pregnant teen' Oh the gullibility

  • @MissTeenPregnancy retarded is naming yourself teen pregnancy, you should have just named yourself whore, same thing. your a stupid little slut i can fuckin sense it lol, i pity bitches like you. do humanity a favour and close those legs

  • @TheFooledSlave - actually my channel name is there to prove how easily morons like you fall for anything you see.

  • @TheLyingLilSLUT the STENCH of BULLSHIT off you is hilarious, do u REALLY think i believe you named your channel that just to try fool people?? hahahaha and if that is the case your one helluva SAD ass bitch hahahaha pathetic

  • @THELEXIS1983 How does it feel to eat crow you piece of fucking shit? People like you should be kept away from society. You're fucking sick.

  • @THELEXIS1983 Amanda knox is a self obcessed selffish murderer. dirty slut. she knows what happend to poor Meredith. Not a word was said about Meredith or her parents at her press confrence.

  • @THELEXIS1983 without exception the dumbest comment ever written. I love the stupid losers who know how to type, but have no power to reason or think beyond their noses.

  • @THELEXIS1983 You should never be allowed to serve on a jury. Ever. Your prejudicial judgement of 2 innocent people based on a a video clip of 2 extremely young people, in shock, traumatized, finding the corpse of a "friend" that, in truth, they barely knew, is sickening. You can't judge persons capable of a murder by a video of them kissing. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM & all the people that railroaded these 2 innocent students based on bias and iies fabricated by mass media. Shame on all of you.

  • @esquibelle Amanda Knox Dirty evil Scum.

  • @THELEXIS1983 Sad reply. AK/RS are acquitted/freed. AK/RS "statements" after murder were not recorded. Nobody knows what coercion was used to extract contradictory "statements' aka "lies". Prosecutors relied on people like you who blindly judge based on photographs. Do you read Italian? Did you know anything about AK before this case exploded in the press? No history of violence/bad behavior. Rush to judgement made by people like you cost 2 innocents 4 years in prison. Seek the help you need.

  • @esquibelle I hope she gets put away for murder.

  • @THELEXIS1983 Too late. Amanda & Raffaele are fully acquitted & free. Interesting to see how you would respond if you were set up, framed with no evidence & jailed for 4 years. Maybe you'd transfer your blind hatred of women to blind hatred of police. Have you considered correspondence courses and learning to read & comprehend such words as "coerce"? You might get a bit further in life. One thing is certain, you'll never get picked for a jury w/your uninformed prejudices.

  • @esquibelle shez scum, liar filth and has everything to do with merediths death.

  • i hope they dont let this fucking slut out, i knew the slut did it when i seen the clip of the boyfriend and her kissing. slut.

  • @ironandtheshizzelz, YOU SHOULD CHECK IN TO A DRUG REHABILITATION CENTER. YOU MIGHT, STILL SAVE, SOME OF YOUR BRAIN CELLS...

  • Comment removed

  • Is Italy a communist country? because as an american i support Knox, she is a angel. only communists would do this against an american woman.

    shame on Italy!

  • @Ironandtheshizzelz

    listen american man....

whatta hell is communism got to do with it...

the evidence against AK is massive....

there is no doubt she killed MK together with the ITALIAN GUY.....

so what the hell did you smoke today?

  • @Ironandtheshizzelz amanda knox is the devil in disguise. Support her all you want and be sure to wear your BIG BLINDERS

  • Knox = sociopath

  • @JaniceINJax wahahahhaha

They must be incredibly racist convicting an Italian as well! Truly this was all about race! I mean being American is a race these days!?

    OMG

    LMAO!

  • @JaniceINJax This perspective is ludicrous, that the Italians were "racist" against knoxy- the American. They nailed her bf, Sollecito and he is Italian.

    Quit grabbing at straws.

  • @kimatoz3 I don't find it so ludricrous, only in this one instance. This case got worldwide attention and the tabloids went nuts making up facts and stories about Amanda Knox being drug crazed and sex crazed and murdering Meredith Kercher in the midst f some sort of satanic orgy. There is NOTHING to back that up. They found the DNA of one person only at the murder scene and that was Rudy Guede, who incidentally, also fled the country right after Meredith was murdered.

  • @kimatoz3 Yeah, they nailed Sollecito for one reason, so he couldn't provide Amanda an alibi. Since he was with Amanda, both of them must have been in Meredith's room murdering her. Where they left not a shred of DNA evidence.

  • @kimatoz3 racist?? the italians with an american??? u dont know italians janice, at all. we love americans, we dont like people who come to our country thinking they can do whatever they want. she has been breaking the law and she v got punish. drugs, sex, and perversion is not the way u should behave my friend. she is in jail and she will stay loooong time. warning if u ever decide to come to visit us u are more then welcome but carefull dont behave like this slut

  • @maurodelicato1 Hey, buddy, I think you responded to the wrong person. I never said the Italians were "racist"-

I get tired of people who say Italians are racist, that's why Knox got nailed..... I feel that the Italian Justice System has done a great job. I am glad that they are reviewing the evidence again, to satisfy ALL concerned. Mostly, I hope Meredith Kercher's family get Justice and CLOSURE in this sad tragedy.

  • @kimatoz3

yeah, thats what i hope too. sure the most important thing is to find out the truth but still..... must be so hard for them going through all this again........

  • @kimatoz3 they're free i'm speechless..two people strongly suspected of Murder are free..i'm disgusted by our Italian (un)justice system ..the Truth rests only with Meredith..unfortunately..hope one day we'll get to the Truth

  • @SuperKiara I am in total disbelief, too! The Good News is they will need to live with their CONSCIENCE

  • @SuperKiara They have the murderer, and there is slim to no evidence linking Knox other than she shared an apartment with the victim. No matter what you think, it would be wrong to convict someone on such scarce evidence, what if they did and she was innocent? They have to be sure, that's why we have a justice system.

  • @SuperKiara strongly suspected? Sounded fishy like the corrupt prosecution was in this for political gain. They have the only murderer behind bars. Knox was unfortunate to have roomed with this poor girl that was murdered. I'm happy for Knox and her family. I feel really bad for the family of the girl murdered, but I really do not believe Knox had anything to do with it.

  • I don't know what to thin about this case, but I'm sure Amanda was there when the girl was killed....she accuse an innocent man!! who does that!! the one who want's to hide something

  • italy should be ashamed?

    I cant believe my ears!!

Is she saying that the american justice system is the best? and guantanamo? OJ Simpson??? come on....

  • These bitches must be related to miss Knox...

  • CNN are cunts

  • @michaelbartschi The bitch is guilty as sin.I saw it in her eyes.

  • CNN disgraced itself here. Total disinformation. Evidence was plenty, jury convicted., not prosecutor. Giving all this space to this lady to talk of nonsensical arguments was a disgrace. She should read the report motivating the sentence which is 400 pages and totally objective. I bet she does not even know it exists

  • @popper1966 there was no solid evidence you stupid mother fucker

  • Comment removed

  • "30 years is a life in prison sentence here in italy"

No u stupid, incompetent journalist... 30 years is 30 years while life in prison is the rest of u stupid life in a cage...

  • that green bar is ennoying.

  • @michaelbartschi There was no 14 hour interrogation! Where did you get that from? FOA ?

Did you refer to your common sense. This is not a third world country - there are rules! The ECHR would have slaughtered them!!!

In addition a rep from the US Consulate reported back to the US that there was no mistreatment! which led HILARY CLINTON to publicly announce the TRIAL WAS FAIR!

  • Comment removed

  • Italy should be ashamed. This was a media mess. The media hyped it all up to be a sex game or something that led to Kercher's death. The jury was not isolated, they were exposed to it and were influenced.

The girl was killed by the black guy who was robbing the apartment. But of course convicting him wouldn't be as sensational.

  • pfft how can you expect a fair trial in a corrupt country like italy?

the south of italy is basically run by the mafia and not the government

  • "Everything I have said in regards to my involvement in Meredith’s death, even though it is contrasting, are the best truth that I have been able to think." (Amanda Knox, 6 November 2007).

  • hang her the cunt

  • They are wrong in that there is a "presumption of innocence" in Italy and all other European countries.

  • @WillShakespeare2007 "innocent UNLESS proven guilty" was conceived by the Romans.

  • Menini's a fucking freak!

  • The prosecutor's a moron and a criminal!

  • The prosecutor's a moron and a criminal!

  • No forensic evidence, no motiv! A satantic sex game gone bad?! Fucking simpletons. The Italian Judicial System is a joke. What a bunch of ignorant peasants! Free Amanda! Fuck Italy! Don't buy anything from that backwards country until they set Amanda free!

  • Can someone explain to me how Amanda Knox was able to leave all the DNA evidence of Rudy Guede in the room where Meredith Kercher was murdered and clean up every single trace of herself in that same room? Doesn't it make more sense to assume that the simplest explanation is the correct one here? Amanda Knox was not there. Injustice in Perugia org

  • Knox is a murderer but she's also HOT

  • Please look past the distraction of the media frenzy. There have been many articles printed over the past two years that are filled with misinformation. All of this is just noise. It's all a big distraction. Look past the distraction. Silence the noise. Take some personal time, and look at the actual facts of this case. Meredith and her family deserve justice. Imprisoning two innocent people will bring neither peace nor justice for Meredith Kercher. Please visit: injustice in perugia org

  • @kathrynwatersful You're a troll

  • @kathrynwatersful you seem to be the only one distracted by the media frenzy - since most American media is influenced by the Knox PR Team - I would say that anyone that supports the conviction has probably bothered to examine the facts from credible sources

Most sources exclude evidence that points to guilt for instance the injusticeinperugia site that you recommend. For a balanced view Andrea Vaught reports well and truesjustice site is also complete.

  • "All the lies and false evidence have been refuted" does not mean that they have been proved wrong. In fact most of the lies came from Knox herself. Clearly. To change your statement so dramatically and to blame it on someone else without basis are not the logical actions of an innocent party. Even if you had been pressurised or even struck it is not a reasonable reaction to implicate yourself by lying. Lying is the first resort of the guilty.

  • @kathrynwatersful

    YOU'RE a troll - you stupid fuck

  • "Everything I have said in regards to my involvement in Merediths death, even though it is contrasting, are the best truth that I have been able to think." (Amanda Knox, 6 November 2007).

  • Well I'm off to start shit in other blogs.

    Ciao!

    lol

  • The less seriously you take You Tube the more fun it is.

    It's that simple.

  • Only it's back fired.

Italians look worse now then they ever did before. And the world? We still see Italy for what it is.

A crime infested, prostitute riddled, heroin smuggling, cop murdering country with a big church that ignores the crime but profits from the money earned from those sins.

    That's Italy.

  • Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito are innocent. They are victims of an unfair prosecution and court system. All the lies and false evidence have been refuted. Amandas only regret can be that she was wrongfully convicted. Don't let an innocent rot in jail. This could have happened to any young student visiting Italy. Please visit this site for the real facts: injustice in perugia org

  • No credible evidence links Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito to the murder of Meredith Kercher. There is not one fingerprint, not one footprint, not one shoe print, not one hair, not one fiber, no sweat, no saliva, no blood, and no DNA of any kind that puts Amanda or Raffaele in the room at the time of the murder. Why? Because they were NOT there.

Amanda and Raffaele were wrongly convicted. Please look past the media distortions and consider the truth. Visit: injustice in perugia org

  • no chance, if she didnt do it, who did?? the evidence is overwhelming. Why did she lie about Patrick Lumumba being involved. Why did Rafealle Sollecito lie about being at home and using his computer when records show his computer wasn't in use at those times. Too many lies. Thats why she was found guilty. Be thankfull, in America she would probably recieve the death penalty instead she has 26 years at least in prison.

  • @freekicking85 No, in America the evidence would likely not have stood up for her to even go to trial. Rudy Guede did it, the fellow whose DNA is all over the room, on the victim, and inside of the victim! The "too many lies" took place during an untaped interrogation. The hard drives of Raffaele Sollecito and Amanda Knox were destroyed and cannot be used to show that, in actuality, Amanda and Meredith were friendly, not the foes the prosecutor has made them out to be.

  • @allysjill The hard drive was not destroyed,it was part of the evidence and showed 'no activity' at the time they said they were in Raffaelles house downloading films (Amanda's hard drive is completely irrelevant). 2. They were not 'untaped interrogations' they were sworn statements given to the italian police during interview and again used as evidence.

  • Of course - NO ONE really KNOWS why that brutal rape/ murder of Meredith took place--

only the killers know... and even if Knox "gets off" on appeal and she did commit this murder--

she gets to live with her conscience.... and ultimately she WILL "pay."

  • If she is indeed innocent then it's sad but I'm tired of these annoying people who think that because she is Americans and good looking she can't possible kill someone.

  • fuck italy...? based on what exactly. The fact they sentence murderers to 26 years in prison?

  • haha, well done. Everyone knows you are an idiot.

  • You must be an Italian.

Only an Italian would take offense to my words.

Try and comprehend this cretins, if organized crime rules the court systems in Italy, then how could anyone ever get a fair trial?

By default anyone especially a woman especially further more a foreign woman going up against the corrupt Italian court system will be found guilty. Regardless of the evidence.

  • nope. the general feeling in Britian is that she's guilty too.

  • I never referenced Britain.

    Try again.

  • you said only an Italian. Us Brits think she's guilty and wounld therefore take offence to your "words"

  • You must be young.

You can only speak for yourself.

  • @ThereisNoGoingHome you must be even younger, you shy away from the matter, think you speak for everyony when you speak for yourself and even have the audacity

to think you have some inherant right to speak for eveyone and point blanckly undermine trained professionals' hypothesis and use that as a platform for your jingoistic, casually racist and unfounded attacks on the Italian people.

  • Jingoistic that's a big word for a kid like you.

Your rant was rather didactic but it's also a reaction which in of itself is based on fear. My commentary is not unfounded. I'm glad it offends you.

lol@Trained professionals. That's a good one. I haven't shy'd away from anything. You just wont admit that organized crime in Italy is an inherent social medium which by default compromises any legitimate argument.

    But you keep trying.

And I'll keep knocking you down.

    Kids.

  • @ThereisNoGoingHome How did the mafia become envolved? Who said anything about fear? You're shying away right now, from the fact you have no evidence to support your claims. Who said I was young? Why are you glad that I, like most people would be in my position, am offened? Is this some hobbie for you? Straing mindlessly into bleached screens, arguing pointlessly an unfounded view with faceless people? Go out and meet some friends, or at least open a window.

  • (Shakes head)

    Are you really that naive?

    Wow.

    I'm impressed.

I don't need any evidence to offer my observation. No one does.

That's the whole fucking point of making comments.

Italian culture is saturated with organized crime. Thus corrupting everything including the court system. Do you not see that Italy is using this trial as a way to show the world that their legal system means business? Which is testament to the fact that it is a joke.

    Much like you.

  • first of all just cause something newsworth happened in Italy doesn't mean that the mafias automaticly involved and secondly when making such serious comments don't say that's how it is, say that's what you think, a lot less people will argue with you. that's some freindly advice by the way, not an insult...and with that I think we're done.

  • This has already been proven, the jury deliberated and decided the forensic evidence was inadmissible in the trial so what did the honorable Italian judge do? He ignored the jury, over ruled them and made his own judgement.

If the judge can over rule the jury's decision when it suits him, then why even have a jury to begin with?

  • Why? Because it's all a farce. All of it. The judge, the jury, the court, the case, the idea that Italy would or even could be taken seriously as a responsible law enforcing country.

    Is,..... wait for it...

    A joke!

  • Why? Why would they spend so much money setting up something so pointless?

  • Who says they spent tons of money?

They probably don't give a shit about Amanda Knox, but the mere fact that they can assert control over the court system in general is enough corrupt behavior to compromise the entire system thus making any trial in Italy questionable regarding it's integrity.

Let alone the Amanda Knox trial.
