I have to agree with kristenlee3, he looks a little unatural, he still looks old, but with no wrinkles. maybe the skin should have been a little darker and kept some wrinkles/dark lines.

But you still did a brilliant job, if you had down that on a younger man than i think it would have looked amazing. Well done :)

You could typically use spot healing brush, but this person used the clone stamp tool, which is often easier than the healing brush.
