@FlawlessManx No, these were made before the character even existed. But there Are new Toy Story shorts coming up starting next year that will undoubtedly have her in them.
There's also one they played during intermission of the double feature of Woody and Jessie dancing , look through my favorites, you'll find it.

Funny how when I first saw these on TV, I remember something about Buzz being at the door with Woody following him... Your mind tends to remember things differently.
But I love how Buzz's shadow had Woody's shadow and when Woody touched his badge Shadow Buzz walked away and Shadow Woody came and replaced him... COOL!!!
