John Lyons is one of the most amazing horsemen who've ever lived. His contributions have made an everlasting mark on the horse world. He is clear, concise and just a great, great teacher.
I hope some day I can learn and use all fo his wonderful knowledge. I wish I could afford his DVDs, but gotta feed my big, fuzzy friends first!
God bless you John and thank you so much for everything you've taught me about horses. I don't know what I'd do without you even though you'll never know me.
wow...mr wellington... ever heard of a "typo".. it is this thing that happens with fast typing good people. I hope your horse teaches you some manners.
Hey tell the stupid cowboys that run .frc.edu EQUINE program to stop breading crooked legged SHORT deformed horses.. no spurs on 2 yrs olds... and yes - how about GROUND WORK and a round pen before you mount the horse... They beat them up - verse teach trust first.
@CoreGoddess Maybe youre the one that has a deformity as you cant even spell "breeding" correctly. It is spelled "breeding" NOT "breading" What, is the horse in the kitchen making bread? Mr.Lyons is an excellent horseman and trainer.
Loved this video! I haven't watched much John Lyons, but am going to start. He works a lot like we do (but better!). I posted a video comment of one of our yearling fillys being worked in the round pen...if it gets approved. Johnlyons2009, please approve my video response!
@hheellllooiittssmmee I kind of view as just blunt, because to him, what he says is common sense. I just ignore how he says things, and pay attention to what he says.
John is great. I have seen him working with problem horses plenty of times. The reason he is working with a horse already trained is TO SHOW US THE TECHNIQUES WE NEED TO USE WITH OUR OWN HORSES. I can watch this video and totally understand what to do with my own horses. Thanks John
For just once! I would like to see some one making a training video with a horse that is not so well trained. If our horses are already this trained before we start. Then whats the use. I want a video of horses that are doing it for the first time!!. Show us real horses with problems!!!
Not what I expected
