wow what a poor way to hem jeans....thank god i know how to do it better i would not have anyone getting there jeans done if i would do it this way....i think like hulaprincess said ..good effort but you really need to keep practicing...never knew anyone would show this method on youtube, i suggest you maybe remove it :) good luck :)
Can You please make a how-to video about breathing, because probably people having problems folding their Jeans have also a Problem with getting enough oyxgen into their brain.
Agreed. And this is a pretty poor way to hem jeans... who would want that much demin at the bottom... couldnt you just cut the material off at "x" ammount of inches and just hem a half of an inch under... like most companies do already?
I am a seamstress and have been sewing for over 12 years now, there are some errors to her video, but it's a pretty darn good effort. Her method does make for a bulky end result, but as I said, I'm pretty sure she's not a professional and did her best. If it worked for her, and she likes how it turned out and felt good enough about it to post, then thumbs up for her! Good effort, keep practicing.
Amen! At-tit-tude. I've never had anyone stoop to glance at my pant hems and say, "Hmm, not bad for an amateur." AND it costs me nothing but thread, electricity and minor and effort, as opposed to $20 per pant leg and major snottiness.
Thanks to WatchMojo for posting this. Professional seamstresses should feel free to follow suit if they think they can do better.
It is always better to cut away unneeded material rather than trying to sew several layers of jean material with a home sewing machine. Measure twice and cut once!
You are disgusted by this video?! And we are disgusted with your filthy attitude. Not everyone knows how to sew/stitch. These videos help out a lot! So stop complaining that you are dusgusted! All righty!!!!!!!!

@HULAPRINCESS723 Do you have a video on how to hem?
TheBoonigga 9 months ago
this is kind of a bulky method cut away the excess material but it's good that you are trying to get people to stop taking it to a tailer.
