The U.S. hasn't really contributed much, in Uganda and Sudan, the United States has not done enough. If you watch the movie Invisible Children the United States did not give an acceptable amount of aid in food to shelters. I think that no country to date has made any step to help the situation. To me, I think its because like you said, every country is at fault, so everyone is pointing the finger at everyone else about this and nothing is being done.
