I co-wrote this song and played drums on this recording and I have no idea where this video came from. We shot another video for it that features mostly the band and not the "lover leaves" storyline. Not that it's bad, it is just odd that someone made another video for this song that and it is clearly a pretty professional production.
IF YOU DONT KNOW MS.PERRY FROM WHEN SHE USED TO MAKE YOU GET YOUR OWN DAMN COFFEE,,,,,,THEN TRULY YOU DONT KNOW SHIT.............so kindly refrain from the "she said he said bullshit".....HATE THE G A M E PEOPLE: NOT THE PLAYERS........and onme more thing rebecca from the White Trash Debs taught me a long time ago........."YO STIFF WOODY....'DATS 'DA BUSINESS BABY....."no more no less -just da biz....+u gotta catch phrase known WORLD WIDE?she do so zip it SWP
Yo, thanks for the response. I guess I don't know LP except that she performed in 1990 or 91 in my college dorm. 10 people were there besides, Christa, Shaunna, Linda and Wanda and myself. Call me ignorant, call me stupid, but it was at SFSU and I have the autographs and tapes to prove it. Don't know who is trying to prove who wrong but the parties after The Nightbreak and Slims and Paradise Lounge were a plenty. Let's talk when yall grow up.
Some of my friends were in local SF bands in the early 90's and I remember the vibe about Linda Perry was that she was a sellout... replacing members of her original band to suit the suits and so forth.
I followed Stone Fox wherever they played in SF-they were excellent songwriters and musicians. Long Live STONE FOX.
Hey gals, I don't know about her new "profound" fame but my former breakfast waitress Linda had a fairly familiar face via MTV, arena tours with Neil Young, Pearl Jam, and Bob Dylan, and a multi-platinum album out before she started the label. The single "What's Up" went gold, and propelled the album to something like six million copies worldwide, just the facts ma'am. I thought her phoenix like resurgence via Pink was particularly surprising. What would Kelly Osbourne have done without her?
