@1402Linaaa im assuming by the you saying the west end means you are british and if you "isnt well known over here" YES IT IS!!!!!! I live in the highlands of scotland and its well known! Over here it was most popular at its time. Sound of Music not being well known over here is like Harry Potter not being known AND Sound of music is on every christmas!

What's wrong with diet coke is that it's POISON. Aspartame is a NEUROTOXIN and if anyone had any sense at all they could tell by the TASTE of it. Sorry it makes me mad and frightens me that people are so gullible and ready to accept and consume unnatural, poisonous products as though they are benign, friendly and right as rain. Well, it's my favorite drink - I love the taste of it. And I don't feel like I've been poisoned, but that's just me. To each their own! And anyway, taste is personal preference and irrelevant to my video so there's no need to have a discussion here. Although you do make a good point, people are all innately gullible and trustworthy. It takes a lot of experience to get rid of it.

What could we do to improve? I suppose if you only want to see Julie Andrews sing The Sound of Music, you probably should not be looking other versions of the musical besides her own because they will only irritate you, especially because most actors and actresses interpret their characters rather than imitate movie versions. And I love Julie too! Also, what's wrong with diet coke? lol

really good. About the height, they could have swapped the order around making louisa bigger than friedrich, but I guess you can't have a boy singing about sowing... In my language they haven't got the same things for do and re and so on and I think I remember correctly that they swapped the two of them in one of the national productions to get hte height right... just a thought

Thank you! Only 3-4 boys auditioned and this boy was by far the best (and tallest). And this girl was the best Louisa by far as well. I wish we grew in order, but real families don't work that way I guess. lol Thank you! :)

Well, why would we even be trying to sound English? We certainly weren't so that was why we didn't have an English accent. lol But the show doesn't take place in England! Julie Andrews does have an English accent, but the show itself takes place in Austria, not England. The idea of an English accent...well, it makes no sense there! lol Sorry that we didn't sound English though, we just weren't trying to. lol

Yep, it is a professional recording. The show itself was community theater, woohoo!!! The kids really did, and Gretel was totally adorable. I agree!
