  • me voy a comer un pancho :)

  • What does he mean when he says that a mind set in its own ways is a mind and life wasted? I don't understand this!

  • I think that means set as in locked in, stuck, frozen.

So not open, closed. Attached. Bound.

And stuck in its own ways, so not open to evolving, both with the changing circumstances and the potential maturing of the person themselves, including their mind.

And so wasted because the mind is a tool that can be used for so much more, except when it's used to do so much less.

    Hope that helps!

  • My favourite parts:

8:37 "Mistakes allow you to learn and to innovate and try new things."

10:42 "Curiosity, enthusiasm and passion are very contageous."

10:56 "A mind set in its own ways ... is a mind and a life wasted - don't do it."

  • "You cannot plan innovation. You cannot plan invention. All you can do is try very hard to be in the right place and be ready."
