I agree. One minute 12secs wasted about Tiger Woods. How did he manage to even get to a contest level? This evaluator also moves around too much. Unnecessary. Too many ahs and uhms. He also goes over the limit of 3mins 30secs. Awful evaluation speech. Thanks for posting it. It is an example in how not to give an evaluation speech.
