Chinese can't build them? If they can send people in space they can build weapons systems... US and Russia are in recessions while China is growing at 11%... and with their size, it wont be long before China is the most powerful nation and military top dog.
China cannot be the military top dog, the United States and Russia will never let it. I guarantee that if China made a dash for the top it would result in WW3. Europe and America have dominated the world for a thousand years, to assume China and its limited natural resources and huge population growth will overtake them is pure bullshit. The US is the only nation stupid enough to buy China's stuff, without our market China is nothing.
