@mossyboy234 Thats called vuhdo. Its usually an addon for healers, but because he's a pally he uses it occasionally to word of glory people and just monitor hp.

Though is suggest ElvUI, it is the cleanest ui i have ever had and the party/raid frames are extremely clean/compact.
