It was good call not b/c of where Nash was standing regards to the semi-circle; he was clearly outside, but b/c Nash did not get to his spot in time. Kobe took off (starts upward motion) at about 0:45.5 and Nash got to his position (feet set, standing still) at 0:46.0. At the time of contact, Nash is set, but he needed to be set a split second sooner to get the charge call - in real time, ~0.1 second too late. Great call, confusing as hell, could've gone either way with human error.
