it was very impressive! i'm not sure what josh's best for the mile is but i think he has done maybe 3.49 for 1500m. so he can definitely hold the beers well!

Wow! He dropped a :60 on the last 400 with all that beer in his belly. He must be something close to a 4:00 miler (if not faster).
