well the national average of the asvab enlistment test is between 31 to 49. I scored a 92 and was a free thinker and was the type of soldier that would question any order that I felt was unlawful and I was put through hell because I didn't just blindly follow orders. I agree with the first caller there are a lot of brainless idiots who will just follow orders to take our freedoms.

There's no need of a higher education to join the military. if you are ok to risk your life and can pull a trigger, you can join the forces.

God bless our veterans; they are our nation's angels. They are in danger as they know the truth. They are being labelled "mentally ill" to take their guns under Obamination's new health care bill because they will NOT disobey the Constittuion. Great bunch of guys, older. So on the day of there discharge they will be called a terrorist like the rest of us vets!!! Obama is letting interpol and foreign troops free reign.

@oldwarhorse1865 national guard is sloppy and lame. I don't care where 90% of them have been unless it's been for more than a year, they suck. Those are not who they should be looking at for our shitty states.They're all ate up. As an E3, I had more experience than e6s in there and sometimes beyond...

oh that just reminds me. just got back from murcia in spain and the way down on the a7 there was the army at the pay toll booths parked up and standing along the right hand side kitted out with m16´s. They were the guardia civil which are aparently the police wing of the military which was created by franco but has never been disbnaded or shunned like everything else connected with franco. Does that mean that the spanish still live in fascism? You tell me.
