  • ! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it.

  • I agree with the calories. I find that when I eat unhealthy I am more tired than if I eat healthy foods. It's easier to get up in the morning.

  • nice job, i can see the effort in your face.... working out will get much more enjoyable as your body becomes acostomed to it.

    While you have the trainer, have her teach you to do squats(to parallel) and different kinds of deadlifts(romanian, sumo, etc.) because they are BIG multi-joint compound movements that will get many of your muslces working and you will see some great body composition changes from them, and they are great core exercises.
