I think it isnt fake cause the way they were singing it really makes that sound. I can't explain my theory cause only someone that had classical voice lessons can understand it. But let say like this, the body is an instrument and for every place in your face you can make a different sound. The way they were singing totally without support for a child really would sound like this. They can hurt their voices singing like this, forcing too much to reach high notes that they naturally have already
