WOW!! This scene makes the blood rush to all your important bits!! It's not just Antonio either, it's the dance itself. 1) It was not in the soundtrack

2) It supposed to be a weird "remix" of the sombrero blanco that was used in the 40's Zorro movie

this is called cancion del mariachi it was introduced by banderos as its also the theme tune to desperado. i think it has been slightly adapted by robert rodriques who worked with james horner on the music of the film. if you ever get the exact music please let me know.
