I used Ulead Video Editor.

Although back when I did this video, I didn't know how to save it as a wmv properly (there's literally dozens of different settings you could have). So for some of my older videos, I'd save it as an avi file in Ulead (which was huge and could take up to 1gb a vid), then bring it over to WMM and save it as a wmv file (I did the title and ending screens on wmm as well)

hey ppl check out resident evil outbreak file#3 theme song...its awesome..graphics ,sound system same like file#2 but a little bit more realistic..like 2% better but more harder scenarios ..for EXAMPLE : an old mesuem thats the first scenario the second would be at an anbandoned apartment ,the third one would be at a 5 star restaurant the fourth would be at a forbidden village juz right across racoon city...only on Resident Evil OUTBREAK file#3..xd
