"Climbing up the ladder, of love, to find, a heart, that's meant, for me!" I have this in my archives of everything, an even older version of it from when "electric" recording process had just started, circa 1923. As a very small child of 5, (1969) I had already begun to collect 'antiques' and amassed a huge treasure trove of old radios, telephones, furniture & plenty of "78"s I would find in garbage dumps & an occasional yard sale or antique store (when i could afford it) Thanks for posting this!
My copy of is this by Teddy Brown's Band on Vocalion.... Can't you just imagine him climbing up that Ladder of love. Breaking most of the rungs on the way. :-)

Fost,
I really enjoyed this bouncy bubbly effervescent orchestration. Love those Orpheans. Thank you for posting.
