  • not saying your wrong, but your legs when you are on the aero bars look like they are cramped, meaning that your seat is maybe a little low, if you do move your seat up it will feel wierd for the first 3 weeks and then you will feel the extra power you get.

  • @6669595 Perhaps...but suffice to say, I've tweaked my position a lot over the years. I was having some nerve stress/tension that was aggravated from a higher seat position. So my 'balanced' position, and what works for me, is uniquely my own. Of course, I think it's important that we all play around, tweaking things until it works. I had the fastest bike split at Ironman New Zealand a few months after this video, all while feeling pretty comfy with this set up.
