  • TO LATE

  • She would love to be in court to testify BUT...it is not allowed...then cps.dhr would look like the fools they are...

  • that's what I figured - demonic sadistic monsters that they are.

  • I told my social worker and my casa and my gal(Guardian ad litum) that i wanted to testify, but they kept me in the basement of the courthouse where all the roaches hung out.

  • All she has to do is stand up DURING court and ask the judge permission to speak for a moment...? no?

  • I have heard of kids not being able to testify before, so I believe that she is being denied this right - it's not like CPS and the court system want justice.

  • I don't understand what she said about why she is apologizing to her family.

  • she says she has told lies, so POSSIBLY she made false statements about her parents or someone else which possibly led to CPS taking her into custody. However, she also says she wasn't allowed to testify, so it seems she can't tell the truth now. CPS typically will not let a child re-cant any allegations, or do anything to reveal the truth.

  • I find it really hard to be sympathetic about this kid. I feel deep sympathy for her family.

To bear false witness is one of the worst sins a person can commit. To do that against one's Mother and stepfather is beneath contempt.

A girl in Israel once accused her Father of incest. The judge understood something was wrong with the report and questioned her. It turned out the Father had refused to buy the girl a bicycle that she wanted.

    Sometimes kids are bad.

  • Sometimes kids are bad, but sometimes they say something which no reasonable person would believe, yet CPS conveniently takes their word for. This is what happened in the Reena Virk case, where Reena was the victim of a brutal, infamous murder (in Victoria, BC), ultimately because her ridiculous claims of abuse were believed and CPS took her from her excellent parent. She (Reena) also had a lot of prodding and pushing by a social worker type in the school.

  • One thing I've learned: When the functions of society that we slough off come to be done by people for a fee, horrific corruption sets in - and that is to teach us a lesson about sloughing off responsibilities.

It is true of taking care of children and family matters, it is also true of religion. When clergy are paid to do the learning or carry out the religious functions that we should be doing for ourselves, we get taught a nasty lesson and often, don't understand the lesson and don't learn.

  • Well done!

Every child should have a voice.

CPS have no business denying you speaking directly to the Judge.
